You can sign up for a new trash, recycling or yard waste account by filling out this form here.

In Person

SIGN UP FOR YOUR ACCOUNT IN PERSON

Come to City Hall, Room 2225, and fill out the necessary paperwork in person. You can submit the forms between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.


KEEP IN MIND:

  • The City will set up your account and we will contact you with your account and pin numbers.
  • Once you have your account number and pin number, sign into your account and make a deposit of $12 or more to activate your account.
  • Once there is money in your account, we will deliver your carts on the next scheduled collection day.

The City deducts a fee from your account each time you put your cart at the curb to be emptied (or "tipped"). We call this "Pay as you Throw."


The current price of refuse items are as follows:

32 Gallon Refuse Cart $3.05/tip
64 Gallon Refuse Cart $5.10/tip
96 Gallon Refuse Cart $7.15/tip
Refuse Bags (package of 10) $ 30.00
Appliance Sticker (per appliance) $ 25.00
Bulk Sticker (per bulk item) $ 20.00
